Then, more often than not, our unconscious beliefs step in and sabotage our progress, we then revert to our old ways of being, coping, and what is already familiar to us, and we become stuck in a loop like a record playing over and over and over again.

This is because the brain has around 70,000 thoughts per day, so it has a habit of reverting to our old responses used before rather than creating new ones all the time, and therefore your unresolved feelings and beliefs are used over and over again and are often not helpful for us. Its like running your brain with the old software that we were born with for years and years and never updating it. Just like old computer programs, they need updating otherwise they start causing lots of probems. 

Rapid Transformational Therapy helps you to investigate the primary thoughts that have formed your beliefs and your experiences. Then together we can replace those old negative beliefs, with new positive life changing beliefs that become embedded in your subconscious mind. You will then find that you are having more and more positive thoughts about yourself, and in turn more positive actions, experiences and outcomes happening in your life.
